Graffitti taken to Durban Courts

Two men were arrested for spraying graffiti on properties in Virginia. Shaun Becker, aged 18, and Andrew Owen, aged 19, were charged with malicious damage to property at the Durban Magistrate's Court and their case was postponed until November 2 for further investigation.

Virginia Councillor Macpherson "I simply will not accept the argument that this is 'art'.

""The question we need to ask (is) do we want these thugs living amongst us?" said Macpherson.
